Great service, great people, great job. They had a problem with the replacement glass but refused to leave until they felt the job was up to their standards. Only regret is that we probably won't need them again, but if we ever have another broken windshield will definitely call them first.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of chipping my Tesla Model Y windshield. The chip was very small but I was afraid that it would get bigger. Naturally, I contacted GEICO to get it fixed. GEICO wanted me to use safelite but safelite did not have any available appointments until about a month a half out. They refused to help call to find someone that would take the insurance as payment. So I had to sit there and for about 2 hrs call a list off of google. I received many no’s either because they did not want to go through the insurance or because they did not work on Tesla. I was beginning to lose it. This should not be that hard. Finally, I decided to contact A Plus Auto Glass. I didn’t care that it said Virgina I was willing to drive there at this point. The owner was straight forward, explained to me the process, chances that it may need to be changed either immediately or in the near future. We agreed to meet the next day to have him assess the damage. I met up with him very close to where I live ***so thankful I did not have to drive out of my way***. He again explained what we would do and insisted I watched in case something happened. We were finished within 15 min. The guy who did that work was extremely meticulous and fast. Over all very satisfied with their work, response time and flexibility. Would definitely recommend!!!!

Needed a new windshield after mine got a huge crack thanks to a mishap while changing out my wiper blades. Got a quote from one of the big-name places and was ready to cry when I saw the price - and that was before taxes and the fee to have them come to my place. And it was gonna be at least 2 weeks before they could come out since I work during the week. Figured I should check out one of the local places and found A Plus Auto Glass. They quoted me less than HALF the other and that’s after taxes. No extra fee to come to me and they could even do it at my worksite if needed. He was able to do it the next day and it took him maybe an hour to get it done. The process was super easy and I’m very thankful they could get it done so quickly! The guy I spoke with was super friendly and professional. Will definitely come back if I ever have any other cracked or broken windows.

The young man from A+ came out on Thanksgiving after my car windshield failed an inspection the day before. After trying and failing to find a date that worked for both of us, within a month, he graciously offered to come out on the holiday.



Called on his way and communicated professionally. He was able to find the exact windshield using pictures before coming out from some distance away. No hassle, no issues, very easy. Arrived at the time he said he would.



Did not price gouge me, like some do for german engineered cars. Took a couple hours for a complicated windshield. Fixed my windshield in my driveway. The windshield looks fantastic.
