Absolutely amazing service! I highly recommend this place to everyone! I called the day before and they got me in quickly the day after. I came in to get my windowshield replaced, which was done in 15 min! Not only that, they noticed my front panel emblem was coming undone and they glued it back free of charge. They also noticed I needed my window shield wipers replaced and told me I could get some cheap at a store and bring it in and they would install free of charge. Like I said the overall experience was amazing! Very friendly and thoughtful! You can tell they really care about getting you something very affordable unlike other places that charge you triple the price

After the snow storm, I realized a few days later that a big branch had actually shattered my moon roof. I took it to the dealer and they said they’d need to replace everything — it would have cost more than $4K. I called Safelite, and they informed me the glass was on back order for my car. They said they’d get in touch and they never did. Luckily for me, I found A Plus Auto Glass. When I spoke to Omed, he was so responsive. He told me to text pictures of the damage and he immediately replied. He gave me a quote that was significantly less than the dealers. When I took it to him, and he learned more, he did tell me it would cost a bit more than he thought—but it was still completely reasonable and still less than half what the dealer would have cost. Even though the glass wouldn’t be delivered for a few days, he offered to let me keep my car in his garage because more snow and rain were coming. In the meantime, he covered the top with plastic so I could get around. I ended up taking him up on storing my car with him for a few days and he even went out of his way to meet me off hours so I could drop it off. I now have my car back. They completely cleaned out the glass everywhere and the moonroof is working great. He also said that if any time something goes wrong to call him immediately. These days with so much automation and giant companies, it’s rare to feel truly cared for in the service industry. Omed is attentive, shows integrity, and does what it takes to help his customers. Plus it looks perfect. I hope I don’t have another broken glass anytime soon but if I do, I will 100% return to A Plus Auto Glass.

Amazing service, and hands down the best quote I found. The gentleman that did our windshield replacement told me about a little bit of rust under the edge of the windshield and sent me a picture of the rust, let me know he put down extra glue to do his best to ensure that it doesn't leak in the future, let me know a couple screws were worn out from prior replacements and told me if I ordered the screws he'd come back to install them. We just purchased the car last week so a big sigh of relief for the transparency about condition of it from him! He took the oil change sticker and a pass from the old windshield and stuck them back on the new windshield. Will definitely be recommending for anyone that needs glass work!

The Safelite technician showed up and told me that the windshield the person on the phone told me could be repaired was not able to be repaired. They then gave me a quote of over $1400 to replace my windshield. So they installed a new windshield in my car, and it actually was flawed--there were a few distortions, with one in the line of sight. Obviously, that's a bad start. But all these glass companies are installers, not manufacturers, so the flawed glass was not their fault (and I checked the manufacturer--it wasn't some cheap Ali Express thing, it was a normal domestic manufacturer).



So I contact them to let them know about the distortion. As soon as the saw my video of the distortion, they made as prompt a plan to give me a new, perfect windshield at no cost.



This is what you want in a company: A guarantee that it will come out right in the end. This is so important too because it makes it more often come out right the first time--after all, if they're on the hook to fix a mistake, then they're going to do their best to avoid it in the first place!



So I can wholly endorse this company. Something went wrong--it happens, and it wasn't there fault--but they made it right as quickly and painlessly as possible. Can't ask for more than that!

Hands down the best customer service I have recieved from any company since arriving in the DMV area 3 years ago. . .



I tried to get my rear window replaced by a competitor, which scheduled the service for 2 weeks first call and then rescheduled for another 2 weeks on the day of the service (after the agreed upon repair window was open) and said I had to come to their location with my undriveable vehicle (after I had clearly identified the car in the intake form).



I contacted A Plus and Omed offered to do the work on-site the same day with the same aftermarket alternative. He also offered the OEM version (with a 1 week wait, naturally) and explained the differences thoroughly, which the competitor did not at all want to explain or discuss OEM replacement.



Sadly, the first glass option did not work (which Omed explained was about a 20% chance), so he called around and found an alternative. A Plus took it upon themselves to retrieve the glass and return the next day for installation. The whole process took about an hour and a half, and looks amazing.



Same warranty and lower price than their competitors in the area, with less hassle and a much better experience. Will use again for any auto glass work needed on my vehicles and recommend to others at every opportunity. Great Job, Guys!
