So they installed a new windshield in my car, and it actually was flawed--there were a few distortions, with one in the line of sight. Obviously, that's a bad start. But all these glass companies are installers, not manufacturers, so the flawed glass was not their fault (and I checked the manufacturer--it wasn't some cheap Ali Express thing, it was a normal domestic manufacturer).



So I contact them to let them know about the distortion. As soon as the saw my video of the distortion, they made as prompt a plan to give me a new, perfect windshield at no cost.



This is what you want in a company: A guarantee that it will come out right in the end. This is so important too because it makes it more often come out right the first time--after all, if they're on the hook to fix a mistake, then they're going to do their best to avoid it in the first place!



So I can wholly endorse this company. Something went wrong--it happens, and it wasn't there fault--but they made it right as quickly and painlessly as possible. Can't ask for more than that!

Fadel is wonderful. He met up with me the night before to determine my Power Window Regulator was broken and then contacted me with my part and fixed my window in about an hour. I am over the moon. My other mechanic wanted to keep my car over the holiday so I turned to A Plus and what a plus it was. Thank you for saving my holiday and my confront in my car. Hands down the best customer service I have recieved from any company since arriving in the DMV area 3 years ago. . .



I tried to get my rear window replaced by a competitor, which scheduled the service for 2 weeks first call and then rescheduled for another 2 weeks on the day of the service (after the agreed upon repair window was open) and said I had to come to their location with my undriveable vehicle (after I had clearly identified the car in the intake form).



I contacted A Plus and Omed offered to do the work on-site the same day with the same aftermarket alternative. He also offered the OEM version (with a 1 week wait, naturally) and explained the differences thoroughly, which the competitor did not at all want to explain or discuss OEM replacement.



Sadly, the first glass option did not work (which Omed explained was about a 20% chance), so he called around and found an alternative. A Plus took it upon themselves to retrieve the glass and return the next day for installation. The whole process took about an hour and a half, and looks amazing.



Same warranty and lower price than their competitors in the area, with less hassle and a much better experience. Will use again for any auto glass work needed on my vehicles and recommend to others at every opportunity. Great Job, Guys!

After the rock chip in my windshield turned into a massive crack, I needed it replaced ASAP. Omed was able to schedule me quickly and did a fantastic job on the windshield replacement and lane assist calibration. I'm very happy with the level of service at A Plus Auto glass.

Excellent, honest service. Omed looked at the rock chips in my windshield and told me they're very small and I could do without the repair, and if he tried to repair it, he may make the situation worse. I really appreciated that honesty.

Im starting this with saying I never write reviews but here I am because I CANNOT say enough GOOD things about my experience! From the start to the finish Febe handled quoting my windshield and drivers side mirror quickly and fairly. Never once did I feel she was looking to give me an over priced estimate, she answered all my questions reassuring me I was getting all the correct handles. She ran 3 different estimates for me as well as making calls to find a used side mirror cover to help me stay within my budget.

She then hooked me up with Omed who scheldued and took care of all my installation quickly and I am happy to say my car is looking like new!!!!

My work vehicle was broken into while working in DC. I got quotes to replace my shattered passenger window from a few places before calling A Plus Auto Glass. The technician who did the repair, Fernando, had such a positive attitude. He was friendly, helpful, and conscious of where the broken glass would fall out during the repair. It’s rare to have such genuinely kind encounters these days, so I thought this company deserved a shout out.



They fixed my window same day, they came to my home to do it, and they gave me the most competitive price for the repair! I was able to continue working during the repair, which was over in a breeze. They were truly phenomenal to work with, and I’d give them my business again in a heartbeat!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of chipping my Tesla Model Y windshield. The chip was very small but I was afraid that it would get bigger. Naturally, I contacted GEICO to get it fixed. GEICO wanted me to use safelite but safelite did not have any available appointments until about a month a half out. They refused to help call to find someone that would take the insurance as payment. So I had to sit there and for about 2 hrs call a list off of google. I received many no’s either because they did not want to go through the insurance or because they did not work on Tesla. I was beginning to lose it. This should not be that hard. Finally, I decided to contact A Plus Auto Glass. I didn’t care that it said Virgina I was willing to drive there at this point. The owner was straight forward, explained to me the process, chances that it may need to be changed either immediately or in the near future. We agreed to meet the next day to have him assess the damage. I met up with him very close to where I live ***so thankful I did not have to drive out of my way***. He again explained what we would do and insisted I watched in case something happened. We were finished within 15 min. The guy who did that work was extremely meticulous and fast. Over all very satisfied with their work, response time and flexibility. Would definitely recommend!!!!

Needed a new windshield after mine got a huge crack thanks to a mishap while changing out my wiper blades. Got a quote from one of the big-name places and was ready to cry when I saw the price - and that was before taxes and the fee to have them come to my place. And it was gonna be at least 2 weeks before they could come out since I work during the week. Figured I should check out one of the local places and found A Plus Auto Glass. They quoted me less than HALF the other and that’s after taxes. No extra fee to come to me and they could even do it at my worksite if needed. He was able to do it the next day and it took him maybe an hour to get it done. The process was super easy and I’m very thankful they could get it done so quickly! The guy I spoke with was super friendly and professional. Will definitely come back if I ever have any other cracked or broken windows.
